How to book?

Once you are happy to proceed, We will then send you our payment instructions.

We will send you an invoice right after you book our service, and then we will provide you with our bank account details to which you can make the payment, or alternatively we will send you a "PayPal.Me" link thanks to which you can easily and safely make the payment. We accept BACS payment (Bank Transfers) and PayPal. In the future you will be able to automate the payment process if necessary by setting up a “standing order” with your bank or recurring payments on PayPal (optional).,

How do I make payment?
We will send you an invoice at the beginning of each month, we accept BACS payment and PayPal.
Can I cancel?
As Our Pay as you go customer You can cancel with one weeks notice. As we schedule one week in advance, you maybe charged for a small amount of work carried out in the month you cancel.
What will you need from me to run my campaign?
We will need you to provide us with lifestyle images, logos, ideas for content, a website, a blog and anything else that will aid us in creating your videos. We will also need information about your target audience. We will send you a questionnaire to fill on at the start of each month.
what if i need more videos than what is included in my package?
In this case, please contact us directly, and we will quote your request taking into account your requirements and goals.
My package includes 4 videos of up to 2 minutes each, what if I want the videos to be only up to 1 minute each?
In this case, you will automatically be entitled to 8 videos of up to 1 minute each in your package. The same occurs when your package includes 2 up to one minute videos, and you need your videos to be up to 2 minutes long, in this case you get one up to two-minute video.
